This short training course is ideal for people who handle dangerous goods and want to be more aware of the potential dangers of dangerous goods and what action to take in an emergency. The course lasts approximately 4 hours, can be delivered to groups of up to 20 and can be tailored to requirements.
The Dangerous Goods Safety Awareness Course runs from our Norwich, King's Lynn and Great Yarmouth branches. We also offer more advanced Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor training and two levels of ADR training for drivers.

Staff at many different types of organisations may either regularly or from time to time, handle Dangerous Goods. If they are not requierd to hold a licence to handle or transport such goods, they may not be aware of the risks associated with them. With a background in training drivers who handle Dangerous Goods to ADR standard, NTS has developed a short training course for people who handle such materials. Lasting 4 hours and deliverable to groups of up to 20, the course equips staff with the knowldge to keep themselves, those around and the public safe when Dangerous Goods are handled.
Course duration: Up to 4 hours, though the course can be tailored to meet customers’ or individual requirements.
Course fees: £250.00 + VAT (and travel costs to your premises if in-company at current mileage rates)
