Display Products - Apprentice Customer Advisor
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and successful manufacturer of display products. You will complete a varied role as an apprentice customer advisor which will cover a wide variety of customer service and administrative duties working within the current office based team.
As part of your role you will be required to complete the following
- Greeting customers
- Make and receive phone calls
- Dealing with customer enquires.
- Make and receive emails
- Date Input
- Using a wide range of IT Software
- Replying back to Sales enquiries
- Processing orders to print team
- Processing sales documentation
Working week: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm 40 hours a week
Weekly wage: £140
Training To Be Provided
In house training as well as a Nationally Recognised Qualification at Intermediate Level 2 in Customer Services to be completed through Norfolk Training Services Ltd. You will also complete Functional Skills at level 1 in English, Mathematics & ICT, further to this you will need to complete an online test and workbook to gain your Technical Certificate.
